Open your delivery email
Use the official download or setup route supplied with your order. Verify that the product and platform match what you purchased.
Sign in where instructed
Some Office licenses are linked to a Microsoft account during redemption. Use an account you control and can access later.
Redeem or enter the license
Follow the product-specific redemption instructions. Keep your product key private and store your order details securely.
Download and run the installer
Use the official installer, allow the installation to finish, and restart your device if requested.
Open an app and activate
Open Word or another included app, then sign in or enter activation details as prompted. Check that the license status is active.
