Payment security
Payment card details are handled by the configured payment provider. Never send card numbers or account passwords through the support form.
Declined payments and duplicates
If payment fails, check the details with your provider and avoid repeated unnecessary attempts. Contact support before placing a duplicate order if a charge appears but no confirmation arrives.
Refunds and disputes
Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Contact us first where possible so we can investigate delivery or activation issues; your statutory and payment-provider rights remain unaffected.
