Policy period: You may request a refund within 30 calendar days of purchase, subject to the digital-license conditions below and any mandatory rights in your jurisdiction.
Before requesting a refund
Contact support so we can investigate compatibility, delivery, installation, or activation problems. This does not limit your statutory rights. Include your order number and a redacted description or screenshot of the issue.
Unredeemed digital licenses
A license that has not been viewed, redeemed, or activated may be eligible for cancellation and refund after verification. Because digital keys have value once disclosed, eligibility can depend on the delivery system and applicable law.
Redeemed or activated licenses
A key that has been redeemed or activated generally cannot be resold. Refunds for a defective or misdescribed key are assessed after troubleshooting and verification. If a replacement resolves the issue, a replacement may be offered where permitted.
Non-refundable circumstances
Except where law requires otherwise, refunds may be declined for an incorrect platform choice after key disclosure, a change of mind after redemption, inability to use software due to unsupported hardware, or disclosure or misuse of the key by the customer.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your payment provider controls the posting time. Fees, if any, are handled as disclosed at checkout or required by law.

Use the Contact page, select “Refund request,” and provide the order number and reason. Do not send your full product key or payment card details.
